Terms & privacy

Plumb is an open-source project. This instance (plumbtech.xyz) is operated by Dustin. If you self-host Plumb, this page does not apply to you — you write your own terms.

Terms of service

You may use the hosted inference, hub, memory, and pipe endpoints at your own risk. No warranty. No SLA during the preview period. You may not use the service to generate content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction, impersonate a real person without consent, or intentionally overwhelm the service. The operator reserves the right to suspend abusive accounts and rotate signer keys at any time.

Credits are denominated in PLMB. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused balances can be withdrawn via the Settlement contract on Base Sepolia.

Privacy

Authentication is wallet-only via SIWE — we do not collect email, name, or IP logs beyond standard server access logs retained for 7 days. Request and response bodies are hashed on receipt; the raw text of prompts and completions is retained for up to 30 days for debugging and may be purged sooner by the operator or by you via the console.

Memory extraction is off by default. Every memory is attributed to your session address and deletable. The public explorer exposes only addresses, model ids, hashes, and cost — never prompts or completions.

Open source

Plumb is published under the MIT license. Audit the code, run your own instance, or contribute fixes. Contracts are verified on Blockscout.
